As a Business Manager supporting senior leadership within the Wholesale Lending Services organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic execution, operational governance, and business transformation initiatives across global teams. Your role would bridge strategy and delivery - ensuring that product priorities, financial targets, and organizational outcomes stay aligned across diverse stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
. Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with product and operations leadership to define business priorities, document KPIs, and drive execution of multi-year transformation roadmaps, including AI-driven workflow modernization and digitization initiatives.
. Financial & Capacity Governance: Lead forecasting, headcount planning, and resource optimization models that enable data-driven decision-making across multiple global sites.
. Operational Performance Management: Track and report key metrics such as productivity, volume trends, and efficiency gains drive accountability through cadence reviews, scorecards, and stakeholder updates.
. Program Management: Oversee delivery of critical projects such as regulatory initiatives, platform rollouts, and control enhancements manage dependencies across technology, product, and operations.
. Leadership Enablement: Serve as a thought partner to executive leaders - synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, preparing business reviews, and coordinating cross-functional engagements and town halls.
. Change Management & Communication: Design communication strategies and governance frameworks to align global teams, enhance transparency, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
