Role Description The Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, including planning and monitoring project performance, coordinating with sales, marketing, and site teams, and ensuring that financial and operational targets are met. The Business Manager will handle budgeting, cost control, and reporting, support business development activities, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors. The role also involves implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations.
