Position Title: Business Manager – India Commercial Market
Overview: The semiconductor and electronics ecosystem is rapidly evolving with advancements in AI-driven IC supply chains and mobile wireless markets. Emerson's Test & Measurement business group has established a strong position in this dynamic market, providing world-renowned test capabilities ranging from RF to Mixed-Signal device domains. The business is well-supported by automation software that enhances both validation and production test solutions. We are now looking for a Business Manager focusing on the India commercial market to lead and accelerate new business growth in the country.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Utilize strong RF and Mixed-Signal domain expertise to collaborate closely with business unit and account managers.
- Refine and execute business strategies, identify target accounts, and align account objectives to validate NI's offering and secure customer dedication.
- Collaborate with technical marketers, product managers, and R&D team members to create technical content.
- Work with NI test integration partners to identify new markets and jointly develop new business.
- Establish and develop relationships with subject matter experts and leadership within target customer accounts to position innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Serve as a critical business advisor for account teams by providing business and technology domain expertise, and growing customer confidence.
- Build long-term, strategic relationships with key customers and industry influencers.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through influence to deliver business results.
- Experience working with varied cultures and countries within a global organization.
- Technical domain knowledge and/or system development experience for 4G and 5G RAN and test in the telecommunication industry.
- Familiarity with major mixed-signal semiconductor products such as Power Management ICs, Signal Chains, Sensors, and Data Converters.
- 5-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in business development, sales, technical service, product development, and market development in the telecommunication industry.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel 10%-25%, mostly within India.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Technical and market knowledge in:
- RFIC in 5G wireless, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IoT.
- High-speed digital communication, data converters, SERDES.
- Test and measurement instruments such as Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Function/Signal Generators, Source Measure Units, DMMs, etc.
- Semiconductor Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions.
