Key Responsibilities

  • Function as the first point of contact for incoming campaign briefs across Paid Social, Programmatic and Paid Search channels.
  • Project manage the end-to-end delivery of a campaign cycle, from the receiving of a brief, through to activation, reporting and wrap-up.
  • Assign tasks to channel specialists, clearly communicating requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Review incoming briefs to ensure all required information, assets, and approvals are in place before work is commenced.
  • Use the project management/ticketing system (JIRA) to manage incoming requests, track progress, and maintain accurate campaign records via trackers.
  • Monitor workloads and flag risks, delays, or capacity challenges early, escalating where appropriate.
  • Act as a connector between markets and channel experts, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and consistently.
  • Support clear and structured communication across all stakeholders, helping to simplify complex information where needed.
  • Act as a clear, adaptable communicator to support the rollout of new tools, processes, and ways of working

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience, 4-6 yrs in digital campaign management within an agency, hub, or complex client environment.
  • Working knowledge of Paid Social, Programmatic and Paid Search activation and associated workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel to support operational and financial reporting
  • Experience using a project management or ticketing platform (JIRA desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to clearly articulate campaign status, risks, and next steps, and escalate issues appropriately.

Desirable

  • Exposure to centralised hub or shared-service delivery models.
  • Experience working with alcohol, FMCG, or highly regulated categories.
  • Experience working across multi-market or international accounts
