Job Description
The Business Manager - Personal Loans will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and overall business performance of the Personal Loans portfolio. The role involves defining business strategy, managing product performance, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Personal Loans business, including growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality.
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase loan disbursements, revenue, and market share.
- Monitor business performance through key metrics such as disbursals, approval rates, conversion, portfolio quality, customer acquisition cost, and profitability.
- Work closely with Product, Credit, Risk, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams to enhance customer experience and improve business outcomes.
- Identify new customer segments, partnerships, and distribution channels to drive business growth.
- Drive digital acquisition initiatives and optimize customer journeys across online and assisted channels.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor offerings to recommend business improvements.
