Manager - Business Growth – India market.
Industry: Direct Selling/ Cosmetics, Nutraceutical, F&B, Pharmaceutical and Wellness.
Specific responsibilities and duties:
l Discovers and explores business opportunities and identifies potential business deals by contacting potential Distributors.
l Design and implementation of all India promotions.
l Research prospective distributors in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
l Understand the target markets, including industry, company, compensation plan, company policy, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
l Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.
l Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry, and positioning
l Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
l Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
l Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
l Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
l Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
l Implementation of global programs- Rewards and Recognitions, Incentive Trips and Roadshows.
l Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop and implement operational plans for new product launches and SKU creation per member needs.
l Develop and monitor training programs- Product and Business Opportunity.
l Ensure member satisfaction through effective communication and rapport building.
l Drive India business and generate growth
l SPOC between India and Corporate HO related to the management of the market.
l Manage Team
l Oversee Business Operations.
General managerial responsibilities:
l Incorporate company procedures and policies in the operations of the business unit.
l Manage business activities focusing on the financial and strategic growth of the organization
l Developing and implementing new products or services that meet customer needs or changing existing offerings to meet changing market conditions
l Conducting market research studies to identify potential new customers or new uses for existing products or services
l Monitoring the progress of ongoing projects to ensure that they are on schedule and within budget
l Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure that products or services meet customer needs
l Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas where additional research or development is needed to maintain competitiveness
l Communicating information about new products or services to customers through direct mailings, advertisements, and other marketing materials
l Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.
