Hiring: Category / Business Manager (01 Build Role)

Reporting to: Chief Business Officer
At LenDenClub (VARTIS Platforms), we are building the next set of high-impact business verticals within our fintech ecosystem.
This is a high-ownership 01 role focused on launching and scaling a new, high-priority category.
You will work directly with leadership and drive outcomes from day one.
What you will own :
- Build and scale a new category from 0 meaningful traction
- Drive user adoption, repeat behavior, and revenue (GMV & ATS)
- Translate market insights into fast, high-quality execution
- Improve funnels and conversion by working closely with Product
- Drive growth via Marketing across performance, SEO, and distribution
- Own core metrics: DAU, MAU, CSAT, App Ratings
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes
Who should apply :
- Currently working in a Category / Growth / Business role in a fast-paced company (Fintech, E-commerce, Q-commerce, Consulting)
- You've already owned metrics, not just supported them
- You are comfortable operating with limited structure and high ambiguity
- You can move from strategy execution quickly
- You are known for getting things done, not just planning
- You are currently involved in growing an app led business
Who should not apply :
- You prefer clearly defined roles and stable execution environments
- You have primarily played a supporting / execution-only role
- You are not comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end

- Familiarity with AI tools (GPT, Gemini, Claude)
