• Drive business growth and revenue for the Interior & Modulars vertical.
• Handle and manage the sales/business development team and ensure achievement of targets.
• Set team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular guidance and support.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure.
• Develop business through architects, builders, designers, referrals, and direct clients.
• Handle key client meetings, negotiations, and final closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Coordinate with the Design, Execution, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, revenue, and project values.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to project handover.
• Conduct regular team reviews and take corrective actions to improve performance.

• 5+ years of experience in interiors, modular kitchens, home improvement, or related industries.
• Strong experience in business development, sales, and team handling.
• Good understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete interiors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage a team and drive them towards business targets.
• Target-oriented with strong business development and closure skills.
