Role OverviewThe Business Manager for NoBroker Interiors will be responsible for driving business growth, managing project pipelines, ensuring operational efficiency, and leading customer-focused initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in managing teams, vendors, and end-to-end interior projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Growth & Revenue Management- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for interior projects.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer acquisition and project conversion.
- Monitor sales funnel and improve lead-to-sale efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
2. Client Management- Oversee customer interactions and ensure exceptional client experience from enquiry to project completion.
- Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT & NPS targets).
- Conduct regular client reviews to track progress and address challenges.
3. Operations & Project Coordination- Oversee project timelines, quality checks, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to SOPs.
- Mitigate project risks and ensure timely handover.
4. Vendor & Designer Management- Manage contractor, vendor, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee designer performance, productivity, and adherence to guidelines.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and service quality with partners.
5. Team Leadership- Lead a team of sales managers, designers, and operations staff.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve targets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and set clear KPIs.
6. Reporting & Analytics- Maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business insights.
- Track performance metrics: revenue, conversion, AOV, lead quality, and project timelines.
- Provide business forecasts and actionable insights to leadership.
