Roles & Responsibilities
- Accountable to drive sales with a revenue target for a category by leading a sales team.
- Ensuring measurement of right conversion metrics with accuracy.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to the team. This includes lead allocation, lead analysis, lead management, lead status update, lead to learner closure.
- Maintaining a constant communication channel with business and providing valuable insights into how to better the current process and implementing tangible action items.
- Driving sales initiatives for process improvement.
- Building a culture that helps the team to thrive along with month on month business growth.
- Should have a data driven approach to running business with ability to pull out and summarise complex reports from CRM.
- Handling the final sale by initiating downpayment discussion and closing the sale with high ticket size.

- Working proficiency in MS Excel & CRM is preferable
- Qualification: Engineer or MBA with 5+ years of experience in sales.
