Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive end-to-end DTH sales operations across assigned territory to increase market share, revenue, and customer base.
  • Strengthen channel and distribution network with enhanced coverage, activating outlets, and ensuring stock availability.
  • Execute merchandising and visibility plans to support brand presence and customer acquisition targets.
  • Lead timely closure of service requests and escalations to ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Optimize retailer and distributor partnerships through structured engagement, training, and incentive programs.
  • Guide sales and service teams, ensuring productivity, service quality, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, finance, and HR to support business growth.
  • Recommend training interventions and manage performance of installation and service teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Analyze market trends, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive execution excellence in the territory.
