• For:* Leading Fans & Geyser Manufacturer
• Experience:* 15–20 years in FMCG / Appliance Distribution Sales
• Salary:* 1,00,000 – 1,25,000/month + Incentives + Car Allowance + Other Perks

*Role Overview:*

You're the *business leader* driving fans & geysers across Delhi NCR — shaping distribution strategy, building channel partnerships, and hitting aggressive targets. You'll own P&L, manage distributors, and be the face of the brand in the market.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*P&L Management & Sales*

• Manage 10–15 distributors; drive volume & margin growth
• Hit monthly/quarterly targets — aggressively!
• Expand reach in modern trade, kirana, e-commerce
  
  

*Channel Strategy & Partnerships*

• Partner with key retailers, dealers, influencers
• Run promotions, demos, POS branding
• Resolve trade issues — fast & smart
  
  

*Market Insights & Growth*

• Track competitors — pricing, launches, schemes
• Share customer feedback & trends
• Identify new opportunities — towns, outlets, segments
  
  

*Team Leadership & Ops*

• Lead & mentor junior sales execs
• Conduct weekly reviews, coaching, motivation
• Ensure clean invoicing, collections, inventory health
  
  

*Must-Have Qualifications:*

15–20 years in distribution sales — preferably appliances/fans/geysers

Proven track record in Delhi NCR markets

Strong negotiation, relationship, & leadership skills

Travels 60–80% — Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, etc.

Owns a car (car allowance + fuel provided)
