JOB PROFILE

Naval Incorporation is expanding operations in Kerala and other part of India as well. For expansion, we require Business Managers.

So we select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of INTERNATIONAL Business Management Viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-12-18 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):

Business Associate => HR Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Manager => Business Manager.
