Key Role Objectives:
- Mentoring and guiding sub-ordinates and inculcating the culture of the firm.
- Ensure timely implementation of projects.
- Primary contact point for the client.
Responsibilities /Tasks:
- Leading a team of approximately 5 (after 4-6 months) in developing internet marketing strategies for clients in India and abroad.
- Day to day client servicing and coordinating between the client and our team.
- Setting and meeting deadlines / team-lines in terms of project deliverables.
Experience:
Qualifications:
- BE (any stream) from a reputed engineering college (Preferred)
- Graduate / PG with minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- GAP Certified
Job Related Skills:
- GAP Certified Professional with proficiency in handling Google AdWords, Yahoo and Bing Paid Search Marketing platforms.
- Manage complex projects with an ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
- Set and meet deadlines for self as well as others in the Team.
- Independently handle clients.
- Maximize client's profits by using your creative and analytical skills to write advertisements, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics and manage client's marketing budget effectively.
- Show results with majority of campaigns performing better than benchmarks.
- Proactively research and contribute to the research team.
- Prior experience in handling bid management tools is an additional (not necessary) advantage.
- Strong in verbal, numerical and strategic reasoning.
- Keen interest in technology-based marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and other web-based channels.
