Key Position Details

  • Role: Business Manager
  • Experience Level: 10 –12 Years

Core Responsibilities1. Business Development & Account Management

  • Grow revenue within major Aerospace accounts (specifically targeting Airbus ecosystems).
  • Identify new opportunities for Digital Services
  • Manage customer relationships at a senior and technical stakeholder level.
  • Support for RFP, commercial bids, and statement of work (SOW) documents.
  • Technical & Domain Alignment
  • Leverage past technical experience in Aerospace to understand complex client requirements.
  • Apply Airbus terminology
  • Bridge the gap between client digital teams and ALTEN's delivery centers.
  • Team Management & Delivery
  • Recruit and build a high-performing team of Aerospace engineers.
  • Manage career growth, performance evaluations, and retention of team members.
  • Oversee project margins, utilization metrics, and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications & Skills Must-Haves

  • 10–12 years of total experience, with a solid tenure in Digital Services.
  • Current role must be a Business Manager, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
  • Prior hands-on technical experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Expertise in Airbus terminologies, standards, quality processes, and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong educational background with a B.E. / B.Tech in

Key Competencies

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to speak peer-to-peer with Senior Digital Directors and SME's
  • Strong financial acumen for managing P&L, project budgeting, and margins.
