Role Description

This is an internship role for a Business Management Intern. The intern will assist with business planning, conduct market research, support customer service efforts, and contribute to business operations. Responsibilities include analyzing data, supporting strategy development, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, based in Lucknow, with a combination of in-office work and remote tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and a keen ability to interpret data effectively
• Experience or interest in business planning and strategic thinking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Customer service skills, including the ability to address client needs professionally
• Proficiency in problem-solving and time management
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, or related fields
• Familiarity with digital content services or marketing is a plus
