As a Business Manager in the Design and Customer Experience team, you optimize business performance by driving strategic initiatives and supporting senior management. You partner across functions to deliver solutions that address evolving market needs and business priorities.

Job responsibilities

  • Implements new business strategies and strategic initiatives, aligning department and support groups
  • Optimizes business performance by driving key initiatives such as fees, cost base, and capital utilization
  • Identifies, escalates, and mitigates business risks including legal, tax, regulatory, and capacity issues
  • Analyzes financial performance and expenses, identifies productivity initiatives, and drives implementation
  • Partners with business, Operations, and Technology to define future workflows and implement technology projects
  • Represents the business in internal and external working groups
  • Partners with relevant external service and infrastructure providers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
  • Previous product knowledge or prior Business Management or COO experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail with logical thought process

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience presenting to senior and global business heads
  • Ability to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
  • Ability to define and deliver strategic agendas across multiple groups
  • Energetic and dynamic style with a high degree of independence
