As an Associate of the Business Management Office for Consumer and Community Banking Technology, you will be challenged to program manage high impact programs to be run across all 4cities in India encompassing 6500+ employees, develop innovative new solutions to streamline and automate existing processes, effectively deliver on business reporting requirements. Many of these programs are to be socialized and reported globally to senior leadership including CIO.

You would also be involved in reporting and program management across the business. This involves interacting with the application development managers as well as project managers - understanding changes in their business reporting requirements and responding by making improvements to the monthly reporting suite (including a reporting deck consisting of a wide range of financial, headcount, allocations and analysis reports).

You will be working closely with various support teams such as CIO Office, CFO, Global Technology (GT) teams to achieve the above said goals.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Bring together the CCB India leadership team to foster a cohesive, collaborative environment. Ensure leaders are visible, approachable, and recognized, enabling them to actively participate as GT India Tech leaders and drive firmwide GT priorities.
  • Strive to create a high-performing organization both within CCB verticals and horizontally across local teams. Champion opportunities for high-potential talent to grow and advance.
  • Highlight and share the good work being done in CCB so other parts of GT can benefit and consume these successes. Facilitate broader collaboration and spark innovation across GT.
  • Provide platforms for CCB leaders (MD/ED) to succeed and increase their visibility. Ensure the broader GT community can benefit from the experience and leadership of existing platforms.
  • Executive content with deep dives for Senior leadership sessions
  • Develop executive-level content for senior leadership sessions by collaborating with partners to gather data, analyzing and creating relevant metrics and visual representations, storyboarding presentations, and presenting to senior leaders including CFOs and CIOs
  • Monthly Planning sessions to be organized and executed with India leadership
  • Organize and execute monthly planning sessions with India leadership by developing relevant agendas, coordinating with topic owners for data, content, and speakers, executing sessions across all four cities, and documenting and tracking action items to closure
  • Bi-Weekly management routine †Agenda, Coordinate with the respective topic owners for data, content, speaker, etc. Regularly update the action items in SharePoint and track them, escalate as needed and take them to closure.
  • Maintain the Strategy share point, ownership actions, regular access certifications, additional enhancements as needed. India Conferences & Senior leader India visits. Organize the agenda in collaboration with the Site management teams
  • Own the content for the various business and leadership sessions like demos, townhall decks, etc. Find the ownership for the rest of the agenda content, track them and review them for standards, quality, consistency, etc. Senior reporting to outside forums like GT, Global CCB, etc. basis adhoc asks.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proactive approach to problem solving. Good analytical skills in order to aid in trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Ability to properly handle sensitive HR-related data and maintain confidentiality. Self-starter with high levels of ownership. Ability to prioritize key tasks effectively and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Ability to consistently execute responsibilities independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively to multiple stakeholders in various locations globally
  • Ability to deliver/extract/report/analyze high quality data in time crunched circumstances
  • Good team player with an ability to take judgmental call at times independently. Excellent Business Management (operational) and good business analysis skills
  • Excellent in project management and exposure to software development. Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication / presentation skills
  • IT Project Management expertise, 10+ yearsof working experience, primarily in Technology & Program Management

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Prefer Engineering degree, post-graduation preferred
  • Experience working in an offshore engagement model, in large, global multi-tiered organizations, preferably in the financial / financial services industry
