The Business Management plays a critical role in reporting, data analysis, and special projects - primarily focused on client success initiatives - while contributing to the division's broader strategic priorities.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support business execution leaders through data-driven reporting, strategic presentations, and project coordination. This role will play a key part in compiling insights for monthly and quarterly business reviews, managing special projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless information flow across teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with data and reporting tools, and the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership. This role offers excellent exposure to global business operations, senior stakeholders, and opportunities for career growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Support senior business leaders by managing reporting requirements and delivering key insights for decision-making.
  • Develop compelling presentations and content for monthly and quarterly business reviews, town halls, and leadership updates.
  • Lead and coordinate special projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders, acting as a project manager to drive execution.
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to enhance reporting accuracy and support strategic initiatives.
  • Take lead on revenue impacting initiatives across Client Success teams.

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, and project coordination.
  • Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and present insights effectively

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
