Mini Minds is the early childhood education wing of Harrow Senior Secondary School, dedicated to providing a nurturing, innovative, and child-centric learning environment. We are seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Business Leader who can transform Mini Minds into a leading preschool brand and successfully expand it through a scalable franchise model across India.

Role Overview

The Business Leader will be responsible for the overall growth, profitability, operations, admissions, brand development, and franchise expansion of Mini Minds. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and experience in scaling educational institutions or franchise-based businesses. The successful candidate will build systems, processes, and teams that enable sustainable growth and establish Mini Minds as a recognized preschool franchise brand. 

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• 8–15 years of leadership experience in education, preschool chains, franchising, or business expansion.
• Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in multi-location operations and team management.
• Strong understanding of franchise development and business models. 

Preferred

• Experience with preschool brands, education franchises, or school networks.
• Experience launching new centers or expanding educational institutions.
• Strong financial planning and business development expertise.
• Network within the education and franchise ecosystem.
