Role:

We are seeking a visionary Business Leader to drive our next phase of growth, global expansion, and revenue scale-up. The Business Leader will be responsible for shaping strategy, scaling business operations, and driving partnerships across agri-enterprises, financial institutions, carbon markets, and governments. This role combines commercial leadership, global business development, and organizational building with a deep understanding of technology-driven solutions in agriculture and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

a. Define and execute Cropalytics growth roadmap across India and international markets.

b. Translate data and AI-driven innovation into scalable revenue streams. c. Drive expansion into carbon markets, EUDR compliance, and global food trade analytics.

Business Development & Partnerships

a. Build deep relationships with agri-input companies, banks, insurers, governments, traders, and global corporates.

b. Forge partnerships with carbon credit exchanges, certification bodies, and sustainability compliance agencies.

c. Represent Cropalytics in industry forums, policy discussions, and global agri-tech networks.

Revenue & Market Growth

a. Scale DaaS revenues across agri and financial sectors.

b. Drive monetization of carbon credits via farmer enrolment, SOC measurement, and trading.

c. Open new revenue lines from compliance analytics (EUDR, Scope 3 reporting).

Team & Organizational Leadership

a. Build and mentor high-performing sales, business development, and client success teams.

b. Collaborate closely with product, technology, and data science teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.

c. Install a culture of innovation, accountability, and client-centricity.

Skills & Qualification :

15+ years of leadership experience in agribusiness, fintech, sustainability, data/AI platforms, or consulting.

• Proven track record of scaling revenues, closing enterprise deals, and leading international expansion.

• Strong network across agriculture, food trade, finance, or carbon/sustainability sectors.

• Deep appreciation of data-driven innovation in agriculture, climate-tech, and compliance markets.

• Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset; ability to operate in a fast-scaling start-up.
