About ChiStats

Established in 2019, ChiStats is an award-winning AI native engineering company. Our current focus is on building tech solutions and products for financial services. To begin with, we have Compliance Solutions for Wealth Tech (AMCs, PMS, AIFs) and the larger BFSI industry. We'll continue to invest and build more products and solutions in this space.

About the Role

We are looking for someone to build the India Wealth Management business. This is not a traditional job. It is a startup inside a startup role and ideal for someone ambitious and entrepreneurial who wants to build something from zero to one.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Ownership & Strategy

  • GTM Strategy: Create the Go-To-Market plan for our platform. Decide which firms to target first (AMCs, AIFs, or Banks) and how to approach them.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between customers and Product team so we can build the right features.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and partner with consultants or auditors who already work with these firms to help recommend our platform.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Stakeholder Management: Build deep relationships with Economic Buyers (CEOs/COOs) and Technical Buyers (Chief Compliance Officers/IT Heads) at Wealth Management firms
  • Revenue Accountability: Take full ownership of the business. Managing relationships, building the revenue pipeline and closing out deals to meeting annual revenue goals.
  • Enterprise Selling: Lead the entire sales cycle from finding leads and to negotiating contracts and closing the deal.

3. Solutioning & Onboarding

  • Platform Evangelism: Present the ChiStats technology as a must-have safety net. You need to explain how the AI solves their manual grunt work in simple terms.
  • Proof of Concept (PoC): Manage trial periods where firms test our platform. Ensure they see the value of the platofrm so they convert to paid clients.
  • Account Growth: Once an enterprise is on board, look for ways to expand our services to other departments (e.g., moving from the Compliance team to the front office applications).

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in selling technology solutions to BFSI sector in the Indian ecosystem (AMCs, Wealth Management or Private Banking sectors preferred)
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management capability

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of regulatory workflows, compliance reporting, or core financial operations
  • Basic understanding of GenAI concepts and their applicability in BFSI workflows
