Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Growth

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for 6G/5G offerings
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across telecom operators, network infrastructure providers, hyperscalers, and enterprise clients.
  • Develop pipeline generation strategies and contribute to overall revenue growth for the practice.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape the long-term business strategy for next-generation network transformation.

Client Development and Origination

  • Build and maintain senior client relationships with C-suite and business/technology leadership.
  • Originate and convert strategic opportunities by articulating value proposition in 5G, 6G, and adjacent domains.
  • Lead complex pursuits and support proposal development, client presentations, and executive discussions.
  • Collaborate with account teams to identify and expand strategic opportunities across key accounts.

Offering Development and Thought Leadership

  • Shape differentiated offerings and market propositions aligned to emerging trends in telecom and digital infrastructure.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership, market POVs, and client-facing materials on 5G/6G, edge, private networks, Open RAN, telco cloud, and related themes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions leveraging capabilities across cloud, AI, data, cybersecurity, and IoT.

Practice and Team Leadership

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams supporting business development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across service lines and industry groups to build scalable offerings and client solutions.
  • Support talent development, capability building, and team growth
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on client impact and growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 20+ years of relevant experience in telecom, technology consulting, digital transformation, or strategic business development.
  • Proven ability to build and scale business in 5G/6G, telecom transformation, or adjacent digital infrastructure domains.
  • Strong executive relationships within telecom operators, network vendors, hyperscalers, or enterprise technology buyers.
  • Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex, multi-disciplinary deals.
  • Strong understanding of telecom industry dynamics, network modernization, edge computing, private networks, cloud-native architectures, and 6G ecosystem evolution.
  • Experience working within or alongside consulting, technology services, or advisory organizations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
