We are located across 4 locations in Pune with three stores and one head office.

Role Overview

This role requires a business-focused and technically capable individual who will manage and grow the company's digital business ecosystem. The person will directly coordinate with our mobile app vendor (Instalaxmi) and ensure smooth functioning of all online customer transactions, app-based sales journeys, and digital customer engagement.

Additionally, the individual will be responsible for monitoring and managing enterprise systems, including Acme ERP, Zoho tools, and internal IT infrastructure, while coordinating with external technical vendors for troubleshooting and system improvements.

This is not just an admin role it is a core business operations and digital growth role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Mobile App Business Ownership

  • Act as the primary business coordinator with the Instalaxmi mobile app vendor.
  • Oversee end-to-end app business workflows, including onboarding, SIP collections, redemption processes, pricing updates & product listing.
  • Ensure smooth customer journeys on the app, resolving issues quickly.
  • Track and analyse app-based sales, engagement, redemption & revenue trends.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing, festive campaigns, and promotional activities on the app.
  • Maintain app UI content banners, creatives, product categories, QR-based flows.

2. ERP & Software Systems Management

  • Monitor Acme ERP for transactions, inventory sync, reports and store operations.
  • Manage & maintain Zoho systems: Zoho People, Zoho Mail, Zoho Accounts access & licenses.
  • Coordinate with Zoho support for customizations, fixes, and new workflows.
  • Ensure system accuracy, timely updates, and process compliance across stores.

3. Business Reporting & Data Analytics

  • Prepare weekly & monthly reports for Instalaxmi, App Sales & Store Support Programs.
  • Share insights on customer trends, product demand, redemption patterns & conversions.
  • Support management in decision-making through structured data reports.

4. IT Hardware & Infrastructure Coordination

  • Coordinate with IT / Hardware vendors for network issues, printer/scanner setup, router maintenance, kiosk setup, and new store installations.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting on:
  • Internet connectivity
  • System login / email configuration
  • App / ERP access issues
  • Maintain asset & device inventory across stores.

5. Inter-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with Store Managers, Accounts, Marketing, HR & Vendors.
  • Train store teams on new app updates, kiosk operations, CRM scripts & lead follow-up process.
  • Represent the brand at SGS kiosks, on-ground events & digital integration projects.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong analytical & business understanding.
  • Technical comfort with dashboards, ERPs, APIs, admin panels, troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi & English.
  • Ability to manage vendors and handle cross-department alignment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ownership and execution discipline.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Applications, Engineering, Commerce, or similar.
  • Preferably 24 years of experience in App Operations / ERP Management / IT Coordination / Business Operations. Freshers can also apply.
  • Prior experience in Retail, Jewellery, Fintech, CRM or SaaS environments is a strong plus.

Salary: 4.8 LPA to 6.0 LPA
