What Would You Do
As a Business Interlock Analyst, you will:
- Improve Workforce Performance & Productivity: Enhance business agility, increase revenue, and reduce costs through talent development processes.
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT): Responsible for delivering Instructor-Led Training, which includes the practice of training individuals or groups, and designing learning materials.
- Facilitate Learning: As an instructor or facilitator, you will deliver training material to learners, ensuring effective and engaging sessions.
What Are We Looking For
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT) experience.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA) expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Learning Content Development experience.
- Understanding of Record to Report (RTR) processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Problem Analysis & Solutioning: Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems. You will work closely with your peers within Accenture before providing updates to supervisors.
- Client & Management Exposure: Limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management, with a primary focus on internal team collaboration.
- Instruction & Daily Work Tasks: You will receive moderate-level instructions for your day-to-day work and detailed instructions for new assignments.
- Decision Impact: The decisions you make will impact your own work and may occasionally affect the work of others.
- Individual Contributor: As part of a team, you will contribute independently to a focused scope of work.
- Rotational Shifts: This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
