Role : Power BI Lead / Architect
Role Summary
Looking for an experienced Power BI Architect to design and lead scalable BI solutions, drive data visualization strategy, and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end Power BI solutions
- Design optimized data models (Star/Snowflake schema)
- Develop advanced DAX and Power Query transformations
- Integrate with Azure Data Platform (ADF, Synapse, SQL, Data Lake)
- Ensure performance tuning, governance, and security (RLS)
- Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into dashboards
- Mentor BI developers and define best practices
Required Skills
- 10+ years in BI/Analytics, 5+ years in Power BI
- Strong DAX, SQL, and data modeling expertise
- Experience with Azure data services
- Hands-on in large dataset handling & performance optimization
- Good stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (PL-300, Azure)
- Experience with Fabric / Databricks / Snowflake
