Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts to deliver high-quality financial reporting

and analytics.

Oversee development, enhancement, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and

reports for Finance and FP&A teams.

Define and enforce BI standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.

Design and optimize scalable data models using DAX, Power Query, and BI best practices.

Manage data extraction, transformation, and integration from MySQL and MS SQL Server

databases.

Review and guide development of complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data

transformations.

Partner with FP&A teams on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount

planning, and profitability analysis.

Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions and enterprise-level data

models.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, validation, and governance across financial datasets.

Collaborate with Finance leadership, CFO office, and cross-functional teams on KPIs and

reporting strategies.

Deliver actionable insights and executive dashboards with strong data storytelling.

Identify process inefficiencies and drive BI-led automation and transformation initiatives.

Drive automation of recurring reports and manual processes to improve efficiency.

Oversee documentation of BI models, datasets, and workflows.

Align cross-functional stakeholders on data structures, business rules, and KPI definitions.

Manage BI roadmap, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.

Qualification and Experience:

• 1012 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or related roles, with at least 24 years in

a leadership role.

• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling).
• Advanced SQL skills in MySQL and MS SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of Finance and FP&A concepts including budgeting, forecasting,

margin analysis, and variance analysis.

• Proven experience managing BI teams and delivering enterprise-level analytics solutions.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate financial needs into BI solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with end-to-end BI ownership.
• Experience working closely with CFOs, FP&A leaders, and Finance teams.
