Role: Manager- Power BI
Location: Ahmedabad/ Hyderabad (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Power BI / other Reporting tools e.g. Tableau, OBIEE etc.) Developers and Data Analysts.
- Technical Excellence: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Data Modeling & Optimization: Build complex DAX measures, manage data modeling, and optimize performance for large datasets.
- Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key business questions/KPIs and should be able to understand End to End Architecture
- Governance: Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 15 + years of relevant experience in the Power BI domain, often with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Proficiency in Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, SQL, and Power Query (M)
- Data Skills: Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau) or Azure technologies is a plus.
