Business Intelligence & Executive Coordinator
(Virtual / Remote Role)
We are Singapore-based international textile trading company involved in yarns, fibres, fabrics, and global sourcing across multiple countries.
We are looking for a highly capable, intelligent, and proactive person to work closely with the founder as a Business Intelligence & Executive Coordinator.
This is not a routine assistant role.
The selected person will act as an extension of the founder's office — helping in business research, AI-driven productivity, market intelligence, coordination, follow-ups, reporting, and identifying new opportunities.
The ideal candidate should gradually understand the company's way of thinking, priorities, and business style, and contribute independently with ideas, structure, and execution support.
Key Responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Research
- Conduct research on textile markets, yarns, fibres, fabrics, and related industries with help of Management.
- Analyze import-export data, market trends, duties, pricing, and competitor activities along with higher management.
- Identify potential customers, suppliers, and new business opportunities globally along with Higher management
- Prepare concise research reports and actionable summaries
AI & Digital Productivity Support
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other platforms for research and productivity
- Help improve workflows, reporting systems, and internal coordination using AI
- Create presentations, summaries, business drafts, structured reports, and analytical notes
- Continuously explore new AI tools and applications relevant to business growth
Executive Coordination
- Coordinate with employees, suppliers, customers, and external partners
- Collect updates and reports from different departments
- Maintain follow-up systems and ensure execution of tasks
- Assist in organizing meetings, action points, and internal communication
Opportunity & Strategy Support
- Help, Research new products, new markets, and expansion opportunities
- Identify operational improvement ideas and cost-saving possibilities
- Support the founder in strategic thinking and business development activities
- Bring proactive suggestions instead of only executing instructions
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Commercially aware with strong business understanding
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset
- Curious, intelligent, and eager to learn continuously
- Interest in AI, global trade, business strategy, and problem-solving
Preferred Background
- Experience in Executive Assistance, Business Analysis, Operations Coordination, Research, or Founder's Office roles
- Experience in textile, sourcing, trading, logistics, or international business preferred but not mandatory
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and AI platforms
- Ability to summarize large amounts of information into practical insights
