Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI & Qlik)

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong expertise in Power BI and Qlik to transform data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who combines data visualization excellence, business understanding, and strong data modeling skills to drive informed decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to design intuitive dashboards, optimize reporting frameworks, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Qlik (Qlik Sense / QlikView)
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models and visualization solutions
• Develop and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines for reliable data flow.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business insights and KPI tracking
• Enhance performance of dashboards through query optimization and efficient data modeling
• Ensure data governance, security, and best practices in BI development.
• Demonstrated experience integrating dashboards with Azure Data Lake (ADLS Gen2), Azure Synapse, or AWS S3.
• Implement best practices for DirectQuery, Import Mode, or Qlik in-memory models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis & SQL for Query optimization
• Exposure to Healthcare business domain
• Experience in handling large datasets and performance optimization
