About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Visualization Developer with strong expertise in Tableau, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, translating business requirements into meaningful visualizations, and working with data teams to deliver insightful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Translate business and analytical requirements into effective data visualizations.
• Develop complex dashboards, reports, calculated fields, parameters, filters, and data models in Tableau.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and visualization-related tasks.
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and create efficient visualization solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, data, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Visualization / BI Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Good working knowledge of Python.
• Experience in developing complex and interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data modelling, and reporting.
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize dashboard performance.

Secondary Skills

• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Google BigQuery.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms and modern BI environments.
• Understanding of ETL/data transformation processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
