Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BI Developer to support merger

integration initiatives, including enhancement of legacy RAD systems, report

modernization, and enterprise reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have

strong experience in Tableau dashboard development, SQL optimization, and working

with large-scale enterprise databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upgrade and enhance existing RAD (Rapid Application Development) systems

and reporting solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau

• Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic

• Work with large datasets across Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata environments

• Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting for reporting solutions

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather reporting

requirements

• Support merger integration activities involving data consolidation and reporting

alignment

• Ensure report accuracy, performance optimization, and data consistency

• Maintain documentation for dashboards, queries, and reporting processes

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Tableau dashboard and report development

• Hands-on expertise in SQL Server including complex query writing and data

management

• Experience working with Oracle databases

• Good knowledge of Teradata and data warehousing concepts

• Strong understanding of BI reporting, ETL, and data analysis

• Experience handling large datasets and performance tuning

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

• Snowflake cloud data warehouse experience

• Exposure to .NET applications

• Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

• Knowledge of merger integration or enterprise migration projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
