Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytics solutions and executive dashboards. The role focuses on leveraging data primarily from SAP Business One (B1) and SAP S/4HANA to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Integration & Modeling

Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from SAP and other sources
Work with SAP tables, CDS Views, and SAP HANA data models
Develop and maintain scalable data models for reporting and analytics

2. Dashboard & Report Development

Build interactive dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI
Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with business needs
Optimize reports for performance and usability

3. SAP HANA Analytics

Develop and manage HANA Calculation Views
Perform performance tuning and query optimization
Ensure efficient data retrieval and processing

4. Business Collaboration

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting requirements
Translate business needs into technical BI solutions
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis

5. Data Governance & Quality

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Maintain proper documentation for data models, reports, and processes
Implement data security and access controls

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in SQL (SAP HANA / SQL Server)
Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (B1) and SAP S/4HANA data structures
Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or Power BI
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
Experience with ETL processes and tools
Knowledge of CDS Views and HANA Calculation Views
