Location: Gurugram

Experience: 9-13 years

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

Lead & mentor a team of Power BI developers ensuring quality delivery and continuous team growth.

Direct the creation of high-impact reports, dashboards & visuals while enforcing best-practice design standards.

Collaborate closely with Data Engineering on building analytics-ready warehouse & lakehouse models.

Administer Power BI Service.

Conduct quality audits, performance tuning & optimization of reports and datasets.

Develop & maintain BI standards, templates, documentation and governance framework.

Manage and prioritize the BI backlog to meet business needs and tight deadlines.

Requirements

9+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI with a proven track record in enterprise-scale report/dashboard development and platform administration

Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query

Advanced SQL skills + Python

Deep knowledge of data warehousing principles, dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and ETL/ELT processes

Proven experience collaborating with data engineering teams on data warehouse or cloud lakehouse environments (Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake preferred)
