Title: Business Intelligence Developer

Location: Remote preferably in Pune, Mumbai, or Bangalore, India

Duration Long-term, multi-year contract

Required Qualifications

o 4+ years of experience in business intelligence development or dashboard

design.

o 3+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, including

dashboard creation and deployment.

o Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.

o Proven ability to conceptualize dashboards, translate business needs into

technical requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

o Experience in data modeling for BI purposes to support accurate and

o Ability to manage dashboard development lifecycle from wireframe to

rollout, including testing and validation.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Dataiku for advanced data preparation and analytics.

Experience building executive dashboards for HR or Talent Acquisition,

including multi-screen views for leadership reporting.

Strong understanding of HR data structures and terminology to align

dashboards with organizational goals.

Certifications such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Microsoft Power BI Data

Analyst, or equivalent.

Exposure to test script creation and UAT cycles for BI solutions.
