We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to support a major transformation project focused on leveraging SAP and AWS data to deliver highvalue insights across supply chain operations. This role goes far beyond building dashboardsyou'll be responsible for data modelling, problemsolving, and turning complex business requirements into actionable analytics using Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and data models.
- Conduct data discovery and validation across SAP, AWS (Redshift), and IBP data sources.
- Build scalable, multi-layered Power BI data models and develop advanced DAX calculations.
- Design and deliver insightful, reliable BI reports that drive operational decision-making.
- Identify the right data sources, troubleshoot issues, and experiment to uncover meaningful insights.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain stakeholders and work alongside the existing lead on BAU and strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including complex modelling and DAX.
- Solid experience with SQL and AWS Redshift.
- Ability to interpret business problems and independently develop analytical solutions.
- Understanding of supply chain processes and related data structures.
- Experience working with large datasets from SAP and AWS pipelines.
Desirable:
- Python experience.
- Exposure to data governance tools and IBP.
