Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Support Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role focuses on supporting and maintaining our BI reporting environment, with an emphasis on SAP BW and SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with report support and scheduling, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to support critical reporting timelines. This position is well-suited for an early to mid-career professional looking to grow within a BI support function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing production support for BI reports and dashboards
  • Support SAP BW data sources, queries, and data validation activities
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Web Intelligence (WebI) reports
  • Manage WebI job scheduling, including monitoring executions, rerunning failed jobs, and resolving issues
  • Diagnose and resolve reporting issues related to data accuracy, timing, or performance
  • Communicate effectively with business users to understand issues and provide status updates and resolutions
  • Partner with technical and functional teams to resolve data or system-related problems
  • Document support processes, recurring issues, and standard operating procedures
  • Support reporting during month-end, quarter-end, or other critical business cycles

Required Qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP BW (Business Warehouse) in a support or reporting capacity
  • Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (WebI)
  • Experience scheduling, monitoring, and rerunning WebI jobs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in a structured, support-focused role

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a BI or reporting support role
  • Exposure to enterprise reporting environments
  • Familiarity with incident or ticket-based support processes

Work Schedule & Flexibility
  • Full-time role with flexibility in work hours as needed
  • Ability to support off-hours or on-call coverage during critical reporting periods
