Description:
- Looking for a BI Architect/Developer with strong design thinking, deep Power BI + Microsoft Fabric expertise, and the ability to lead enterprise analytics conversations with confidence and clarity.
- If you love blending UI/UX, modern BI engineering, and strategic stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of Power BI solutions (data modeling, DAX, visuals, deployment).
- Apply UI/UX and design thinking to build intuitive, high-impact dashboards and analytics experiences.
- Drive analytics requirements by partnering with business users and translating needs into scalable BI solutions.
- Define and implement BI adoption frameworks to help enterprise teams roll out and sustain reporting at scale.
- Work hands-on with Microsoft Fabric, semantic models, and governance-aligned BI architectures.
- Facilitate client-facing workshops, reviews, and roadmap discussions with strong communication and presence.
- Operate onsite model based GA, collaborating closely with business and technical teams.
- Build trust with stakeholders, clarify requirements, and improve user adoption across diverse teams.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
- Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering experience
- Ability to independently deliver end-to-end reporting solutions
