Enterprise Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of NetSuite saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Design and deliver cross-functional dashboards and executive-level reporting packages.
- Translate business reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of published reports.
Reporting Intake & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting and analytics requests from Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments.
- Facilitate discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.
- Prioritize reporting backlog in coordination with IT leadership and business stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on reporting best practices and KPI standardization.
Data Warehouse & BI Platform Ownership
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the enterprise data warehouse (anticipated NASM platform).
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
- Ensure proper documentation, data definitions, and governance standards.
- Optimize performance and scalability of BI solutions.
Data Governance & Quality
- Establish standards for data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation.
- Partner with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with data security policies.
- Manage access controls and role-based permissions for reports and dashboards.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and eliminate manual Excel-based reporting.
- Promote self-service analytics capabilities where appropriate.
- Track and report on analytics adoption and business impact.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics roles.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite reporting tools and saved searches.
- Strong experience with BI platforms (e.g., NSAW, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (data modelling, star schema, ETL/ELT).
- Advanced SQL skills.
Technical Skills
- Experience designing and maintaining enterprise dashboards.
- Familiarity with API integrations between ERP systems and BI tools.
- Understanding of data governance and reporting controls.
- Proficiency in Excel for advanced analysis.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in ERP-driven or manufacturing environments.
- Experience participating in or leading BI platform implementations.
- Exposure to financial and operational KPI development.
