Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Brand Analytics & Insights Analyst
to support data-driven marketing and branding decisions. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for analysing campaign performance, generating actionable insights, developing
dashboards, and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand positioning and business
growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and manage dashboards to track performance across brands, marketing channels, and campaigns.
● Analyse branding campaign effectiveness, identify key success factors, and evaluate ROI.
● Prepare post-campaign analysis reports with actionable recommendations to optimise future campaigns and marketing strategies.
● Leverage analytics and consumer insights to recommend brand positioning and messaging strategies.
● Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify market gaps, trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
● Generate insights on brand health, consumer behaviour, competitive positioning, and market trends.
● Present findings, reports, and recommendations through effective visualisations and presentations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Collaborate with marketing, branding, and business teams to support strategic decision-making through data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills
● 0-1 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Brand Insights, or Marketing Analytics roles.
● Proficiency in data visualisation and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
● Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
● Experience working with SQL and handling structured datasets.
● Understanding of statistical methods and analytical techniques.
● Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpretation skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
● Experience in the E-commerce, D2C, Startup, FMCG, or Consumer Brands industry is preferred.
