Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that empower decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of reports.
- Optimize data workflows and support automation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in BI, MIS, or data analytics roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience as an OTP Planner (Order to Payment process understanding).
Salary Range
40,000 – 60,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
