ABOUT BATHLA
Bathla is one of India's most trusted home products brands with over 55 years of history — Ladders, Cloth Drying Stands, Ironing Boards, and home essentials sold across every major E-commerce and Quick commerce platform in India. We are in an active growth phase and this role sits at the centre of it.
THE ROLE
We need a sharp, ownership-driven analyst to be the single source of truth for Bathla's business performance. You will own our reporting infrastructure across all sales channels, translate data into decisions, and be a direct partner to senior leadership. This is not a back-office reporting job — your insights will shape strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Own and maintain master sales and performance trackers across all E-commerce and Quick commerce platforms
• Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to leadership with clear commentary — not just numbers
• Monitor key metrics including DRR, DOC, TACOS, conversion rates, and inventory health across channels
• Run sale day and campaign performance reporting with year-on-year comparisons
• Actively update Power BI dashboards
Advertising & Budget Intelligence
• Track advertising efficiency across platforms — consolidate agency reports and maintain internal ad performance dashboards
• Own monthly media plan creation and budget tracking across all channels
• Analyse advertising spend against revenue outcomes and flag inefficiencies proactively
Inventory & Operations Intelligence
• Track inventory health across platforms — monitor Days of Cover, flag stock risk, and coordinate with the operations team
• Maintain product mapping and launch tracking across all channels
• Liaise with platform and supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy and operational alignment
Strategic Analysis & Communication
• Conduct WoW and MoM trend analysis; identify what changed, why it changed, and what to do about it
• Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from the Founder and CMO with speed and precision
• Lead competitor benchmarking and market analysis to support positioning and pricing decisions
• Present findings clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders — written and verbal
WHO YOU ARE
• Ultra-advanced in Excel or Google Sheets — you build systems, automate processes, and create dashboards others rely on
• An exceptional communicator — you write clearly, speak confidently, and know how to deliver bad news constructively
• 2–5 years in E-commerce analytics, business intelligence, or performance marketing analysis
• Deeply familiar with e-commerce metrics and the levers that move them
• Proactive by nature — you flag problems before you're asked and come with solutions, not just observations
• High ownership mentality — when something is yours, you own it completely
• Experience in FMCG, consumer durables, or a D2C brand is a strong plus
