Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to deeply understand their business processes, objectives,
and challenges, converting these insights into actionable integration and automation
strategies on our Lighthouse platform.
Recommend and integrate suitable SaaS solutions for CRM, accounting, and
e-commerce to optimize client workflows.
Utilize knowledge of process automation to design and implement effective
solutions through Lighthouse.
Oversee the project process end-to-end, from gathering business requirements
and converting them into technical specifications to overseeing testing and ensuring
thorough documentation.
Develop detailed project documentation, including requirements, user stories, and
implementation plans.
Provide expertise in API usage, payload management, and JSON formatting for
robust custom integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the successful delivery of projects
from concept to execution and support.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Demonstrated understanding of business processes with an ability to identify
automation opportunities.
Strong knowledge of SaaS products, especially in CRM, accounting, and e-
commerce, with a capability to recommend and integrate these systems
effectively.
Solid foundation in process automation principles, ideally demonstrated
through work with iPaaS platforms or similar technologies.
Proficiency in API usage, understanding payloads, and working with JSON for
custom integration purposes.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts
to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage
multiple projects simultaneously.
