About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven professional one of our premium real estate client to join the CEO's Office and work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business reviews, governance, and cross-functional project execution. The role offers exposure to top management and requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in driving strategic priorities and business initiatives.
- Coordinate and facilitate management reviews, annual operating plans, and strategic business reviews.
- Track key action items, business performance metrics, and project milestones across functions.
- Prepare executive presentations, management reports, dashboards, and briefing notes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of critical projects.
- Monitor organizational priorities, identify risks, and proactively highlight opportunities and challenges.
- Support governance, decision-making, and business integration across departments.
- Draft and review internal communications, leadership messages, and business updates.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, partners, industry experts, and senior leadership teams.
- Lead special projects and provide strategic support on confidential business matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4 + years of experience in CEO's Office, Business Planning, Strategy, PMO, Consulting, Corporate Planning, or Business Excellence.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and business maturity.
