Business Head - Video Production House & Client Relations

MARS Management is facilitating a strategic leadership hire on behalf of The Lilli Production House (LLDM Group), a fast-growing premium video production vertical expanding across weddings, corporate films, and government projects.

As The Lilli Production House enters an aggressive growth phase, we're looking for a confident, presentable, business-driven professional to lead client acquisition, revenue generation, and operational coordination.

> Role Overview:

This is a revenue-focused leadership role responsible for representing the production house in high-value client meetings, closing wedding & corporate deals, and managing client relationships end-to-end.

The selected candidate will serve as the organization's key business face and work closely with the Managing Director to scale operations.

>Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and represent the production house in client meetings (weddings, corporates, institutions, government departments)
• Drive business development and actively close high-value cinematography & film production deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through structured follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal production teams (shoot, edit, delivery timelines)
• Handle negotiations, proposal discussions, and pricing strategy
• Support expansion into government and institutional projects
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and execution teams

> Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 35+ years experience in business development, wedding planning, event management, sales, entertainment, media production, or related industries
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Confident, polished, and professional presence
• Ability to handle both clients and internal teams effectively
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Based in Lucknow (or willing to relocate)

> Compensation

• 20,000 Onwards (No salary bar for the right fit)
