Business Head – Trzy (360° Marketing & Events)

Location

Role Overview

The Business Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion for Trzy. This is a sales-led leadership role focused on new client acquisition, existing client growth, business strategy, and P&L ownership, while strengthening Trzy's positioning as a 360° marketing and integrated solutions company.

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Sales Leadership
  • Own and drive overall revenue targets across all business verticals
  • Build and execute sales strategies to increase new client acquisition
  • Develop strong BD pipelines, partnerships, and key accounts
  • Lead high-value pitches, negotiations, and closures
  • Track and improve conversion rates, deal size, and sales velocity
2. Client Growth & Retention
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize lifetime value
  • Ensure strong client relationships at CXO/decision-maker level
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Trzy's services
  • Oversee client satisfaction, renewals, and long-term engagement plans
3. Business Strategy & Vertical Expansion
  • Define and execute business strategy across marketing, events, digital, branding, and content verticals
  • Identify and launch new service offerings, verticals, or markets
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and opportunities
  • Align business goals with delivery, creative, and operations teams
4. P&L Ownership
  • Full responsibility for Profit & Loss management
  • Ensure revenue growth with healthy margins and cost efficiency
  • Forecast budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability
  • Set pricing strategies aligned with value and market positioning
5. Brand Positioning – Trzy as a 360° Marketing Company
  • Strengthen Trzy's positioning as a 360° marketing and integrated solutions partner
  • Ensure all client solutions reflect a holistic marketing approach
  • Represent Trzy in industry forums, client meetings, and partnerships
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership to build brand credibility
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and business development team
  • Set KPIs, performance benchmarks, and accountability structures
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, digital, and operations teams
  • Build a high-performance, revenue-focused culture
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong sales and revenue leadership background
  • Proven experience in marketing, events, advertising, or agency ecosystem
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
  • Excellent negotiation, pitching, and client management skills
  • Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
  • Leadership mindset with ability to scale teams and businesses
Experience & Qualifications
  • 8–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or leadership roles
  • Prior experience in marketing agencies / event companies / integrated marketing firms preferred
  • Track record of driving revenue growth and client expansion
