Experience Required:
Minimum 8+ years in the bags / packaging / related manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sales, Business Growth & Overall Operations
Drive revenue, profitability, and market expansion
Manage and mentor the entire team across departments
Develop and execute strategic business plans
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and process efficiency
Report directly to the Directors
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven leadership experience in cotton/jute/leather bag industry
Strong sales & operations background
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Excellent people management and decision-making skills
