You're leading a consumer-audio business in India. What's your first move
A. Expand the product portfolio
B. Strengthen channel reach
C. Sharpen pricing and positioning
Tell us what you'd prioritize—and what would shape your decision.
We're looking for a senior leader to own the business end-to-end: strategy, P&L, products, go-to-market, sales and distribution.
You'll lead:
The portfolio across soundbars, home theatres, portable and party speakers
Business strategy, growth and P&L
Go-to-market across general trade, modern trade, e-commerce and key accounts
Distributor, retailer and key-account relationships
Pricing, channel margins and commercial strategy
Product launches, market expansion and brand consideration
Building and leading the business team
You could be a fit if you bring: Senior leadership experience in consumer audio or consumer electronics, with a strong track record across P&L, sales, product and go-to-market in India.
What success looks like: A profitable business with a relevant portfolio, strong channel presence, successful launches and growing consumer consideration.
