Role PurposeSAN Automotive is launching a new 4x4 off-roading and aftermarket accessories brand focused on metal-based body protection products, utility accessories, and lifestyle-driven off-road solutions. We are looking for a high-ownership Business Head who can build, position, and scale this brand from the ground up.
This role is not for someone who only manages marketing or only handles sales. This person will act as the core business leader of the brand, almost like the CEO of the vertical, ensuring that the right products are developed, the brand is positioned strongly, the digital presence is built correctly, and the sales engine is driven across domestic and export markets.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Building and Positioning- Build and position the new 4x4 off-roading accessory brand in the best possible market segment
- Define the brand strategy, identity, positioning, tone, and category focus
- Shape the brand into a credible, premium, and commercially strong aftermarket player
- Help finalize brand direction, category architecture, and launch strategy
2. Product Strategy and Market Development- Study domestic and international 4x4 / off-road accessory markets in depth
- Identify new products that can be launched based on market demand, platform suitability, and margin potential
- Develop a clear roadmap for protection and utility products such as:
- bumpers
- skid plates
- rock sliders
- underbody protection systems
- roof racks
- side steps
- spare wheel mounts
- metal protection and utility accessories
- Suggest adjacent or clubbed products that fit within the off-road and aftermarket ecosystem
- Work with the internal engineering and manufacturing teams to convert product ideas into commercial SKUs
3. Website, Digital and Brand Presence- Lead the creation and readiness of the website from a commercial and brand standpoint
- Ensure the product presentation, content flow, structure, and visual language are strong
- Drive digital storytelling for the brand through product pages, campaigns, and catalogs
- Build and guide the Instagram page and social media identity of the brand
- Oversee product shoots, visual direction, video concepts, and marketing assets
- Ensure the brand looks modern, aspirational, rugged, and globally relevant
4. Sales and Revenue Ownership- Drive actual sales for the brand across domestic and international markets
- Build a practical go-to-market plan covering:
- direct sales
- digital channels
- dealer and distributor networks
- export accounts
- channel partnerships
- Develop strategies to grow sales in the U.S. and European markets
- Ensure sales targets, pricing discipline, and market expansion plans are clearly owned
5. Export Market Development- Build export-focused strategy for the 4x4 brand, especially for the U.S. and Europe
- Understand distributor expectations, packaging, cataloging, positioning, and market preferences
- Identify overseas sales opportunities and potential partners
- Develop business relationships with target importers, distributors, and aftermarket channel players
6. Team Building and Autonomous Leadership- Function independently and lead the business vertically with minimal supervision
- Build and guide a lean team across marketing, sales coordination, content, and product execution
- Use AI tools for research, planning, content generation, analysis, and team productivity
- Take ownership of execution speed, review mechanisms, and cross-functional coordination
- Drive the team with clear priorities, accountability, and timelines
7. Commercial and Budget Ownership- Manage the allocated growth budget for the brand responsibly
- Decide where to invest and where not to waste capital
- Build monthly execution plans tied to sales and brand-building outcomes
- Monitor SKU performance, marketing output, conversion, inventory logic, and channel performance
What We Are Looking ForExperience- 7–15 years of relevant experience in automobile accessories, automotive aftermarket, off-road products, vehicle lifestyle products, or related sectors
- Prior experience in helping build, set up, or scale an automobile accessory brand
- Strong understanding of automotive accessories market trends, especially in the 4x4 / off-roading segment
- Exposure to exports, particularly the U.S. and European markets
- Good knowledge of metal-based products, fabrication, sheet metal, or engineered automotive accessories
Candidate Profile- Creative thinker with strong product and market instinct
- Commercially sharp and capable of driving sales, not just branding
- Strong understanding of visual branding, product storytelling, and marketing videos
- Able to understand both enthusiast/customer preference and factory-side execution
- Capable of building a market-ready brand from zero
- Comfortable operating in a high-ownership, entrepreneurial environment
- Able to use AI tools effectively for speed and leverage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams and external partners
