Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head (B2C) with a strong background in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of industry experience, excellent leadership capabilities, and a strategic mindset to drive B2C sales operations. This role requires someone who can manage a team effectively, interact with dealers and customers, and take ownership of performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the B2C sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach in the solar energy sector.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and channel partners to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Drive business strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to risk management, compliance, and governance policies within the sales function.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry with a proven sales record.
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills.
  • High logical thinking ability and sound decision-making skills within the policy framework.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and governance best practices.
